Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of payment received unless otherwise noted in the product description. If you need your item(s) shipped sooner, please message us prior to purchase to see if we can accommodate your deadline date. Items are shipped First Class Mail and can take up to 10 days to be delivered. Please purchase the Priority Mail listing if you would like you item to arrive in approx. 1-3 business days after shipping.
Returns
Once a personalized order is placed it goes into production and orders cannot be cancelled. We try our best to get the orders out as soon as we can, and usually start you order right away. Due to the nature of our product being custom and personalized, returns are not accepted. Please check your order as soon as it is received. If there is a problem with your order, messages us within 5 business days of delivery for a replacement. Orders that arrive damaged or have an error on our part will be replaced with the same product ordered. No changes can be made.
